I have fun buying the ecu (rare), the ignitor chip (rare), and all the miscellaneous other parts that should come with the swap but don't.

Thanks for the feedback. I was thinking it would come with all I need, but I was wrong. I am in a crossroad where I am looking for an engine for my '91. Either go for good ole KA, or CA18, or SR20, but my funds are somewhat limited.

ECU's are a dime a dozen, and if you don't suck at the internet, ignitors can be found with a bit of patience.

I have 2 spare ignitors and and a spare ECU.. the parts REALLY arent that hard to find.

Its just that you need to understand you arent getting everything you need when you buy cut rate stuff. And who knows about the quality?

There is a reason SR prices are going up, they are getting harder and harder to find. So when you see one that cheap nowdays you know it's almost got to be junk.

You get what you pay for... there is no magic cure or cheap motor. Sorry

I was just there two weeks ago, the guy told me he could get a complete motorset for $1500. He said it came with everything you need except for intercooler and piping. uncut wiring harness, ignitor chip and ecu ect.
