i just like the jdmness no but out of seriousness i go with those who have tested the product out see the reviews before purchase. sometimes things from china arent that bad ex the godspeed fmic its just certain other stuff you watch out for that you just need to spend the extra money on ex turbos and manifolds. Pretty much like anything your paying for a name m2c.nipo wrote:I have not read the whole thread but since my dad's company manufactures radiators and intercoolers i can tell you that when you buy name brand you get a way better product.
When we create an interercooler, lots of things go into the design, from the size of the engine, horse power range etc etc etc.
I am buying a 240sx today hopefully and as soon as i get the SR swap (few months) the company will be working on a design for it. If anyone wants to send me their FMIC so we can use those dimensions, we will give you the first one made and of course return yours.
Overall you get what you pay for. If you goto the track and look into the engine bay's of the best performinc cars, i will bet you don't see the cheap ebay brand.
Here is a quote from the thread:Cheap ebay= ChinaExpensive name-brand=Japan
As for this. Why buy from China or Japan. Companies here in the USA make a great product. We are one of them
