Mazda FD and Subaru STi injectors are only OEM 550 side feeds I know of.

Or Deatschwerks for some rebuilt injectors...

you can mod your stock 270's into 550's if you want. Not the best atomization but, it'll get the job done (its what i'm doing). Do a quick search and you'll find it. If your only running 9psi you'll be fine if you get a set of sr 370's.

Not the best for atomization is an understatement. A fine mist of fuel is key during the combustion process. When you file the tips of the injectors off it becomes a stream...F that. RX7 injectors can be found all over for cheap. WAY better option then chopping the stockers up and IMO ruining them.

Sounds like a great deal right there!

I always plug the evo8/9 injectors/project nissan rail/jgs resistors... about 200 bucks...

i was going to suggest that. i bought a set of venom 550cc injectors, and i did a little messing around with the stockers, only to find out thats what they did. cant believe i paid money for those.

What kind of modifications are necessary to use FD or STi injectors in a KA? Hadn't heard of this before and it sounds a helluva lot better than spending $650 on Sards.

i have the sti injectors on the ka and all it required was the repin of the injector connectors. they fit the same, think the fd is same way but maybe resistors are required and repin.
