cheap 240 should i go for it?

ok so i'm 16, live in Calgary, Canada and want a 240sx
i've been looking around for cheap cars around $500 - as a project car
ive found two cars in Calgary

one is in perfect running condition but has a rotted frame
the other is not working and has a mediocre body...ect

how much work would a rotten frame give me or should i not even try?

also anyone who is selling or knows someone who is selling, your input is most apreciated

Don't get a rusted out car. Wait and find one in good shape, it's well worth it in the long run.
I know you're egar to get a car but being patient can pay off, try and find a car with very little to no rust.

Only get it if you have the resources needed to make it serviceable. What good will it be to have a 240sx shaped paper weight. Sounds like it's gonna be nothing be a headache for a first time car owner.
