I've heard alot of bad stuff about Osaka on Honda-Tech. I wouldn't buy anything from them... but some people have good experiences.

I'd go with the S13. It's lighter and looks better IMO.

I have an RB25 in my S13, and although I do like the bodystyle more than most of the S14's (exception being 97-98) , the S14 can offer some benifits.

Wheel fitment: You can convert a S14 4 lug to 5 lug cheaper than the S13, and Wider wheels will fit. Also you can find a S14 that already has 5 lug from the factory and not have to mess with it.

Limited Slip: It is easier to find an S14 SE with a factory Limited Slip diff. Now depending on your goal, you may want to buy an aftermarket diff anyway, so this may not matter to you.

Interior: Yea I know we are all making racecars so the interior isn't important, but it is a fact that it will probably be easier to find an S14 with a good interior.

In My S13, I replaced the dash, carpet, seats and some misc interior parts.

Anyway, good luck with your project!!

True, true, but the S14 body style does grow on you. Especially the 97-98 models with the mean headlights.

Just watch out for OBDII emissions. Or make sure you get a 95. For the S13 this isn't a problem though.

the S14 chassis has a little more room, but both work well...Check you local /state laws on engine swapping and emissions before starting....

im moving to the fine state of minnesota in the spring, and ill be taking the motor with me across the boarder. the thing is a i can get a completely rust free s13 chassis (the motors blown) the guys too busy to fix it / drive it and stored it for the past 6-7 years ! and he wants 800 for it....course its not in perfect condition , but half the funs in restoring it....

Anyways i looked it up and theres no emissions testing in mn so SWEET!!thanks guys
