Chassis Harness?

i need to get a need to get a new chassis harness for my coupe because im using out of my old hatch and their plugs missin and my tail lights are working right. i found a coupe in the junkyard but it is an auto. i really dont think it matters but i just want to ask. it wouldnt matter if i use it on my car even though it auto i would just have a few plugs not plugged in for the auto stuff correct?
