I'm building up a project car and plan on chassis foaming my rocker panels and a pillars, when i spot weld the seams. I keep hearing about ICW foamseals handifoam kit, but I can't find it for sale anywhere. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can get it, or an equivalent.

Thanx Steven

US Composites

Don't bother with A-pillars... they are easily one of the strongest parts of the car already. Focus on the lower frame rails and other areas of compression.

http://www.foamseal.com/auto_aftermarket.htm go here for chassis foam.focus your welding mainly on the floors strut towers and front fenders(chassis not the sheetmetal, remove the fenders). rivit overlaping metal between factory spotwelds to tighten the peices together before welding.
