I come from the land of Mustangs where there are plenty of weld in chassis bracing products on the market not including roll cages. I have not found any products like this for the 95 240sx. Some companies have bolt in braces but I question their effectiveness. I thought I saw bolt in fender-to-door-hinge-bolt braces but I have only been able to find them for S13. Point me to REAL chassis improvement products.

S14 is a pretty stiff chassis to begin with much better than the S13. Many people who get into it hard core stitch weld the seams in the engine bay and so on and take out the exposy.

I custom make all of the ones for our V8 240's. The fact is, if you're not making more than 400 lbft of torque, then you don't really need the bracing. Drifting and auto-x you want a tiny bit of flex to keep you from breaking things. when you completely stiffen a chasis, all it is good for is drag racing.

What do you make? On my Cobra, I run Griggs subframe connectors, Kenny brown jacking rails and extreme matrix brace, global west seat cross brace, a factory strut tower brace and a factory convertible K member brace. I usually make one or two HPDE type events per year. Last year I put 100 miles on the Texas world speedway track during the SVTOA On Track event. I thought that until the chassis is pretty stiff, the suspension does not work correctly. I have noticed flex between the body and front clip of my 95 240sx. I really don't plan on using it for a track car but I love the suspension on my mustang and it makes spirited driving fun.

http://www.splparts.com has some hard to find braces for 240s. They carry the front fender braces for the S14. I don't know if they have any weld in chassis bracing though.
