is there any parts of the chasis or suspension that can be lubed ,or is everything sealed for life?

All rubber suspension bushings, seals, weather stripping, hangers, and isolators [a few hundred items in total] exposed to Ozone must be frequently treated to protect them.

Seal for life means till they fail!
