'Charge' light? I'll let some one else field this one, but welcome to NICO Club!

Welcome to NICO. Gonna need a few more details - the car, how it was functioning before this problem, what led up to it, etc.

Have you jump started the car? Does it stay running? How long? If so, what happens to the charge light when you rev the car?

Also, what do you mean by "no throttle"? This is a 2003 Sentra, correct? It may have an electronic throttle. I know the Spec V does.

The only time I have ever seen the battery light come on in any of my cars is either when the switch was just in the "on" position with the engine off, OR if the engine was running but the alternator was dead. So, with the information we have been given so far I would say Alternator...

check the battery and see if it's got a charge.

IE put a charger on it and see what the gauge reads.

might not be the battery at all...does it even try to turn the car over?

make a clicking sound?

That's what I'm thinking...but more info is needed.

Maybe a bad alternator. I hate bad alternators.

with a new battery, or one with a charge, it should start.

but if it doesn't wanna go while running, like it wants to miss and stuff then die, it's the alternator.
