Charged Battery but no power to anything 93 J30

Any Ideas, I found in another forum to check the 100w fuze under the hood but it looks ok except that I can't seem to get it out of it's socket so I can use a multimeter on it. No tab to push or pull and it's rock solid in the socket? Also I found to check the fuzeable link but not sure how to go about that. Please help,
