i dotn know if s14 is r13 or r134a but you get a couple of cans with a punch out top on them and then the gauge extension that measures how full the system is (turn the A/C on to full blast and on recirculate) while you put the freon in hook it up to your A/C. The Gauge should screw down on the pop top of the freon can you screw it down until it shows that it is pumping then you unscrew it a little ways so the flow of the freon increases into the system you can control the flow with the little twist system on most gauges. Usually I have two people do this most gauges arent trust worthy so I have someone sit in the car and tell me if they are getting cold air in the system. That way I can judge if I should put more in or not.
