Does any one know where the charcoal canister is mounted and if there is any brackets to mount it with?

the charcol canister is mounted right next to the radiator on the driver side. Yes, there is a bracket that mounts to the chassis to hold the canister. download the FSM and you'll be able to see it yourself.
