What would happen to remove the charcoal canister? I know most likey I'll get more of a ****ty gas mileage I think but will it help to smooth out the poewrband or smooth anything out? I know removing some emission stuff you can gain some power out of it.. is removing the charcoal canister one of them to gain a little more power??

Your car will run the same with or without it...The only reason you would want to remove it is to free up some space and cleanup the engine bay alittle..

yup.... just leave it open in the engine bay, no biggie. in s14's there is a whole mess of lines and solenoids and such under the right side of the bumper for evap stuff that can also be removed

Take off all the lines all the way back to the gas tank, then drill a 1/16 inch hole in your gas cap.

no.... the gas cap is made to vent in case the evap system doenst work, this is why when you go in for emissions they test it. just run a line from the gas tank's evap port to the hardline that goes to the engine bay. done deal

it doesnt do a whole lot. all the evap system does is vent gas fumes into the intake and regulate pressure in the tank. it will help you clean up the engine bay and vacuum lines though
