changing transmission fluid and diff fluid, what kind

I got 75,000 miles on my 03 g coupe and woundering what kind of transmission fluid do i need and how many quarts for my automatic trans. My diff fluid is probably time to change so what weight do i need and how many qts. Im thinking of changing power steering fluid and brake fluid too. Should i service these too or dont worry about it.
