Changing Timing chain kit. Does anyone have a link to FSM?

from your experience is it a ***** to change timing chain and tensioners etc.this will be for a KA24e single cam off a 89 240

is this kit any good? can you tell me any bad parts, just by looking at the parts? It's not OE (i cant afford 400$ right now)
