Changing the stock radio in Versa?

I would like to get the app radio 4 installed in my versa 2010 hatch.

The radio screen is 6.2"

Do you think or know whether it would fit? Or would they need to a lot more work to fit it in the existing spot?

Thanks. Forgot to mention I have the GPS stock screen now. I think I picked one of the two options available when I purchased the car.
