changing the starter on my 96 240sx

im trying to change the starter on my 96 240sx. got the "easy" bolt out but cant find the second one. any help?

Should be just the 2 bolts, both are on the back side of the transmission, one below and one above the 'hump' on the transmission case.

Left corner pic yere you can see the "hump" on the right top and the 2 bolt holes on each side.
