grab a wrench and get to it. Take the coils out and start working.no need to do anything drastic except put some tape in the spark plug socket so that the sparkplugs will come out with ease after unscrewing.

Put the plug in a water hose to start them in the hole to preventcross threading. Use anti-sieze on the plugs to help them come outnext time. Dont get anti-sieze on the electrode, just the threads. Make sure the plugs themselves are not cracked beforeputting them in. It is best to use a torque wrench to screw themin once they are started. Figure out what size socket you needbefore getting all the plugs started in their hole.

I pulled the engine cover and see the coils over the first 3 plugs, but the other 3 plugs are under the intake runners. I have pulled them off and I have had to pick up a few new gaskets from nissan going from the alumimum runners into the engine, and another gasket for the tubing that connect the intake to the aluminum intake runner. Sheeesh this has become a bigger job than I would have ever thought. Kind of a dumb design but I guess that's what the dealers like to force people to go for service.I replaced the stock plugs with the new NGK Iridium type, but stepped it down to a cooler plug.
