Changing the oil???

I have an rb20, and i was wondering how much oil the engine holds and which oil filter do i use??

i run rotella t 15-40 in my 26, use a oem nissan ka24 filter, i ran 5 quarts in my old 20

i run mobil 1 10w30 in mine with a K&N filter for a 300zx.

that filter is tiny compared to the one on my rb... not sure what mine is bu its about 5 inches in length ill get the numbers on it...
