Changing the oil on my new 09 versa.

I traded in my chevy on a new 09 versa 1.6L I was wondering how to change the oil and was there any tricks like on my Toyota Corolla? Where the filter is a cartridge and I need a cap wernch to open it up? I have not had a chance to crawl under and look yet, is it apparent that where the plug and filter is? Thanks also what phram filter does it take? Same as the 1.8L?

Should be nothing special and filter/plug are easy to see. Some removed a guard to get to the filter, but some do it without removing anything.

Fram filter is not really recommended for use, widely regarded as worst filter. Go with OEM, Mobil 1, K&N, etc. Filter should be the same as the 1.8L.
