Changing Tail Lights

I was wondering if anyone knew exactly what is needed and where to get what is needed to upgrade the tail lights in my 04 murano to the newer 06-08 tail lights. I really like the look of the dotted lights better than the older style.Any info is appreciated!

Changing the tail lights is the easy part, just pop off the plastic cover and remove the 2 10mm bolts. The hard part is finding LED taillights that are cheap. They do plug right in though. Good luck.

i mean the whole light fixture itself. the entire tail light, not just the bulbs. i have seen them on the internet occasionally, but they dont really tell if the transition i am wanting to make is eve possible and if there are any extra wires needed. thanks though, any other thoughts?

If you are wondering if you can swap from a regular taillight assemblys to LED taillights the answer is yes you can. And it is super easy. Remove the old taillight and plug the new one in. Wiring is exactly the same.

Hi Kanack - Not sure if you are still contemplating this or got it done already. From the information I found on another forum, it is not just a straightforward plug and play swap.
