remove wheel. remove caliper. remove rotor. hammer+25lbs+4 or 5 whacks on stud=stud popping out. slide in new stud. put about a 1/2" worth of washers over stud. put lug nut on and tighten until stud sits flush to hub. Thats what I do. takes 5 minutes. but i use air tools.

anything is so much easier with air tools...

There should be a DIY somewhere on this forum on how to take off the caliper/rotor. Just follow that and then use a rubber mallet to get the studs out. And as poyzinous said you should tighten the stud onto the wheel hub before putting your wheels back on. And def check the lug nuts after driving to see if it hasn't loosened up.

you will probably want to put like 1" worth of washers to space it enough to tighten down the bolts.

Its really not hard.
