Changing rotors and pads

Im about to change all 4 rotors and pads on my 2008 Rogue............Can I compress the pistons with a C-Clamp or do I need to screw compressor and does this vehicle require the scan tool to bleed to brake system?

The Rogue brake pistons do not screw in, you can use a large C-clamp, 4-6" in size. There is a complete How To complete with step by step instructions and most importantly photos of a complete brake job:
