Changing rear Differential Oil

Tomorrow the plan is to change rear diff and transmission gear oil. ive had the car jacked up before to get at the rear diff but it seems a sway bar or something is in the way of the checking plug and the drain plug. not sure what it is. any help on how to change the oil in either one of these would be greatly appreciated.

transmission is a 4 speed manual. the car is a 76 280z. thanks for any info.

the lower tie bar and ustache bar only seem to be in the way, I was able to work around mine, was your car an origional manual trans? the auto's got the R180 and there might be interferance issues there btu the R200 should be fine , tight but doable

turned out to be really simple, tight but simple. just needed a long 17mm wrench to fit on the fill bolt and pull it off then just popped off the drain bolt. the hardest part was putting the fill bolt back in and that wasnt too big of a PITA.
