I like the simple white on black of the clock in my 90Q but the clock is broken. I can find working replacements on ebay for 25-50 bucks, but almost all of them are with gold hands on a cream face. Has anyone successfully transplanted a clock face onto another and if so any tips/tricks? Ive got the old one in my hands and it doesn't look like it was ever meant to be taken apart. Separating the PCB from the back of the clock breaks two super fine wires that are attached to a winding. I haven't had much luck yet trying to take this apart from the front.
If the guy that sells JDM clocks is still on here I'd be interested to know if you've got anything on hand. Thanks guys,

I don't think the faces are interchangeable between the 93+ gold clock, and the 90-93 version. They appear to be totally different designs. Several years ago, I bought one of the later JDM president clocks, and it was defective. I was able to swap faces with a 93+ version, but for whatever reason the 90-92 version didn't seem like a possibility. On the 93+ version, the hands just pop off.

The 90-92 housing is completely different. The actually JDM housing will work but needs a slight modification. You can swap the I'm clock into the housing of the 93+USDM as well
