changing out steering whell on my '06 SL....question

I was looking at the steering wheel on the '07 Altima's and I like them much better than the one on my '06.I like to have a gap at the bottom of the wheel where I can rest my hand on long trips.The wheel on my '06 has a thick spoke right at the bottom, which gets irritating after a while. The '07's have a 4 spoke wheel with an opening at the bottom.Does anyone know if they are interchangeable?Thanks in advance.
