Changing out rotor head - positioning?

Hi, I changed my rotor head out the other week and now notice that "timing chain rattle." Wondering if that has anything to do with it.

I put it back to best where I saw it when I removed it and was wondering if that was good enough. Did I mess up my timing by doing this?

it should only go on one way and should not affect t-chain noise.

Thanks, I just want to narrow this problem down as much as possible. I'm going from least expensive to most expensive problem .
