Im changing both my front and rear bumpers of my 2000 maxima SE ... whats the difference between the 00 and the 03? and will the 03 fit on my 00???

It's a direct bolt up. The only problem you will have is that space left with your 00 headlights. They are too small and leave a gap on the inside, closets to the grill.
