Hey, I was just going over my car, and I noticed I've got a couple lights out. I couldn't figure out how to pull these bulbs out, so if anyone has any idea, I'd appreciate it.The first one is the right rear sidemarker light. The other is the light over the rear license plate. Neither light is coming on with the headlights the way they're supposed to.Thanks,Mike

um..... the plastic paneling in your trunk will pop off easily,(these buttons that will pop off rather, allowing you to pull the paneling off) and you'll be able to see the plug for your sidemarker light, as for the license plate one, not sure. depending on whether you have an s13 or s14, perhaps you can look down and see it if you lift up your trunk carpet, or consult your owner's manual.

Sorry I forgot to specify. I have a 1990 240sx coupe.Pulling the carpet in the trunk up reveals the plug for the sidemarker. But it doesn't just come out... Is it supposed to twist counterclockwise like a normal taillight, or is there another trick to release it?The license plate lights are just above the plate itself. I can pull down the housing, but again, I'm not sure how to pull the bulb. There's two phillips head screws on it that are completely rusted, so hopefully I don't have to get them out to pull the bulb. Thanks for the help.Mike
