changing internal wastegate- HELP

i posted in Forced Induction thread but just in case...how do i do it? i was looking at turbo and saw the small nut on it..so i tried unsrewing it both ways..it moved upwards toward the top of threads...is that good? what does that do if i just spin the nut and leave it there? how can i tell the psi level if not on car or anything? its a T3 Super60 and im trying to see the stock or level of psi its at now...but not on car yet...any suggestions or anythign..Thanks

I did in forced induction.but I'll tell you the same thing here, someone posted a thread earlier about how to adjust boost with internal wastegate, with a spring and stuff outside the wastegate. try a search and you might turn it up.
