I need to change the head gasket in my 70 521(L16), and I need a manual to verify torque specs and tightening pattern. If anybody can scan this section out of there manual I would appreciate it.

http://www.the620.com  had a lot of tech manuals in PFD format.  Make sure you know how to time the cam to the crank.  You will also need a stop to hold the cam chain tensioner in its bore, or it will pop out of its bore

I completely forgot about the chain tensioner, therefore I had to tear the front of the motor apart also. Oh well, I'll chock it up to a learning experience. I'm having a spark problem now. I'm gonna try new cap, rotor, plugs and wires to see if that helps. If not I might have the distributor 180 out. I've heard if they spit gas out the carb then the distributor is 180 degrees out. Has anyone else ever heard this? Mine is spitting gas out the carb by the way.
