I got a good deal on a gt28rs turbo the only problem is that it has a t3 housing & I need a t2 one. Can I use one off of a stock t28 turbo or do I need to buy a special one and where would I get one.

Talk to ATPturbo.com. You should be able to order the T2 Turbine Housing and just swap it. Probably like 6 bolts to remove and the housing comes off.
