How hard is it to do?I had a shop do my last one, and I want to do it myself this time.I'm upgrading from the 300ZX TT pump to the Walbro 255.

Also, can you drop the shocks and let it hang to do the change, or do I have to disconnect the rear axle...

Why would you drop the shocks? On mine (S13) I just went in through the trunk unscrewed the gray plate.Pulled that up the pump sits down in there and with the walbro ull have to cut some wires and kremp it instead.

Thanks bro.On my old F-Body, it was a task of dropping the tank off of the car to access the pump.

Aries,

Why are you switching to the Walbro from the 300ZX TT? Is the delivery rates/pressures that different. I was planning on going from stock to the 300ZX TT.

I cant speak for the 300zx. but i love my walbro, has a healthy startup prime sound.. but.. be sure you get an aftermarket regulator before you put your pump in.. or you will blow out the #4 injector....dont ask me how I came to know this..
