Is there any way to disabled the annoying behaviour that when you are on defrost and you change the ventilation to feet or face, that the A/C DON'T TURN ON???
The light (on or off) for the A/C is not really bright, so sometime you can't see if it is on or off.

Actually, any time you put the car on defrost, the A/C is going to turn on - the purpose of defrost is to remove the humidity from the air so that your windows don't fog up...

When you put defrost, the A/C turn on, I know that, but the light of the A/C is not on.

The A/C light is not on because they don't want you to play with it.
When you go out of the defrost mode, the car will still be with the A/C on, but now, you are allowed to turn it off. They let you do that by lighting the button to let you know that the A/C is on.
On Honda cars, there is a way to get back the control to the A/C in defrost mode, but I never find it for Nissans'.

Well, it is annoying...when I change from defrost...I don't want to be in A/C mode if I didn't choose it.

I think koolyce was referring to the fact if you switch from defrost to any other vent position, the A/C indicator light turns ON.
There is no way to change this behavior. The feature is there so that if you switch from defrost to another vent position, the A/C continues to run to keep the windows from fogging. You could think of it as a safety feature!
marlin29311 is correct, the A/C runs all the time in defrost mode... even though the indicator light does not turn on.
Sidenote:
At least it's better than previous generation Nissan's... once the defrost was selected, the A/C would keep running regardless of the vent position! The only way to shut the A/C off was to turn off the fan OR stop the engine! That was a real PITA. You don't know how many times I stopped at a light, shut the car off and restarted to get the A/C to turn OFF!
