Changing engine coolant

I have a '94 J-30t that I would like to change out the engine coolant (anti-freeze). Anything unusual about the draining and refill. Also, is one gallon anti-freeze sufficient for a 50/50 mix. Any tips/tricks for getting underneath to access drain pet****. Do almost all my own maintenance on my older Ford Bronco, however, working on the J-30 is a new venture. Any tips/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks !!!

have you done a search.... I posted a good writeup on how I did it, with a Tstat change with it!
