What ever you do DON'T CONVERT IT to standard suspension.

Just sell it to someone on NICO if you want to convert it just to lower it.

If you bother to read and study FSM you will see 4 individual wheel/body height adjusters....................just remember that they are attached in such a geometric way that 1/3" on adjuster creates 3x that amount of body change.......................tiny equal amounts say 1 turn on all 4, then measure then adjust agin til you zero in on 1" drop.

Any more than 1" will seriously degrade the mechanical geometry of suspension.

i recently switched out my active. the ride is most definitely different. but overall i feel the aftermarket kit provides more control and less body roll. i went with Monroe and turned out great. strutmasters.com no one likes to convert but with gas at 4$ i dont need thousands more. but if aint broke dont fix it

Well, it must of been broke since you "fixed it", right? So how do you know since 1.) it never was working right at first and 2.) you've never ridden on the Tokico blues and unless you changed out the PS pump and pulley and removed all the hydraulics, you are carrying around an extra 200 Lbs. of inert dead weight?

At least we have a guinea pig for Monroe dampers.
