Changing a thermostat on 99.5 QX4

cost and how hard is it? dont bother getting too detailed if i have to remove engine components on it. Ill pay someone else lol

The reason i ask is my thermostat has never been changed. Ive changed one on a 92 accord in high school, it was relatively easy. My shop teacher said its very important.

Mine scares me....i know it should take some time to go halfway to H and C but it takes a good 10 mins of driving, normal? and what really bugs me...its never directly halfway, its always id say 1/8th towards C.

The other night i did some speeding on the local highways here in T.O (made it from kipling/bloor to 410/bouvaird in 15 mins :o no traffic) and smelled something burning...not my car thank lord but it made me really look at that temp gauge.

havent done it on my pathfinder yet but i cant imagine it being to hard. i dont mind giving you a hand. I plan on getting the plugz changed soon so holla.
