As far as unique, I use this name almost everywhere. Every board, AIM, and Hotmail are all on this name, only my Gmail (yee! part of the Beta!) account is different, cause I actually intend to use that for business stuff.

ICQ goes in numeric order. I remember back in the day, I think I had a 5 digit ICQ number. Now they are like 8 digits or something (I've resigned up numerous times since then).

If we did that on NICO, I would be "2". 1 would be the original admin login name.
