So yesterday I changed out the cabin air filter on my 2007 Nissan Frontier Xe and the filter was awful. It has never been changed before and it has 50,000 miles on it. There were acorns and other debris in the filter box. Well I vacuumed out all I could of the acorns left in there and then today when I drove my truck I noticed a vibration in the dash. I think some of the debris and acorns fell down into the blower and it is causing it to vibrate. When you put the air on 3 you can really tell how bad it is vibrating. So any idea on what I should do? I stuck an air compressor hose down in there and tried to blow it out but no luck. The noise is very annoying. Thanks for your help.

You can try to reach in and grab whatever it is in the fan, but it doesn't take a very big piece to make noise, and you may not get it.
There are only 3 screws holding the fan motor up in the heater housing.
I would just take it out, clean it and be done.
It can probably use a cleaning anyway.

Yes thanks for your reply. I found another thread that showed how to take it off and when I did there was a perfect circle of acorns in there jammed in the blower.
