I did a search, but couldn't find anything-
Have a 2010 EX AWD Journey, and recently changed my headlights. (I don't have Xenons). Within bout a day, got the check engine light. I've always been taught when troubleshooting to work backwards, and go with "simplest cheapest". Could changing bulbs triggered cel? I disconnected battery, and it went away for about 3 trips. Then it was back on. Also, my nav system's weather alerts all of a sudden workin again.
Any way to reset the ECU? I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the lights, unless it's simply a coincidence. And yes gas cap is fine. Car running fine as well. Still under warranty, so plan to take it in, but have a feeling they'll reset it, and it may come back. I live in DC area, so it's not cold weather issue...
