Changed battery, how do I reset security system?

I changed my battery and now my 99 Maxima V6 won't start. I did research and this seems like a common problem associated with the security system. Anyone know how I can reset the security system?

Are you sure all connections are clean and tight after replacing the battery? Is the battery fully charged? No load voltage of a battery should be >12.5 VDC. You can also check another posting in this forum, I30 STARTING PROBLEM, that covers the immobilizer system, including a PDF file of the I30/Maxima Electrical System. Resetting the security system is done in the dealership.
