Changed an auto trans on s14 and reverse stop working.....HELP

My s14 still run like crap after I did and auto trans swap. I do not know what I did wrong but reverse will not engage and go. It will move foward a little and soon as I step on the gas it will not go anywhere. I know I am not low on ATF. I use close to 8 quarts. We drove the car and it seem like to run like the same with a high rpm rev and the car seem not to go anywhere on the freeway. The reverse work after we did the swap but it fail shortly for a ride. What can it be? Another bad transmission?

I found out the problem with the terminal wiring in above my oil pan.
