thinkin abput getting a 4 ch 500w, can i power it up with the powe wires that power the stock crappy bose amp?thaksD

The amp should come with installation instructions that recommend a minimum power wire size (gauge). My guess is going to be 10 gauge or thicker (lower numerical). It should also recommend (if not provide) an in line fuse (20-40 amp) that should be placed as close to the battery as possible.
