Change out bulbs

How do you change the front turn signal bulb with out removing the entire housing? I couldn't find anything with the search please help.

pop the hood and look where the bulb is and grab the piece of plastic sticking out of headlight and twist it and then pull. Its a tight squeeze though...but manageable

or you can pull back the wheel well a bit and get at it that way
