Change out 01 Pathfinder Nav for QX4 digital A/C controls?

Hi All,

I have a 2001 Pathfinder with factory Nav and the faux wood bezel around the clock and vents broke. It looks like this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByA3u2 ... sp=sharingI can't find a replacement for the clock/vents online anywhere so I'd like to know if I can replace that bezel and the radio bezel with the QX4 one that also has the digital Air conditioning controls, this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/01-02-Infiniti- ... b7&vxp=mtr. Even though they're both 01's the rear defroster is different on mine than the one in the link so I'm not sure if they're going to work or not.

I don't care about the factory Nav in the pathfinder, half the buttons are missing from the front anyway so I can't use all of the A/C controls. I have an aftermarket radio I'd just move up there, right now it sits below the factory Nav. Does anyone know if this can be done? I searched and was unable to find an answer but I figured someone might have tried it who wanted to replace the factory nav unit with a double din aftermarket one and still retain their A/C controls.
