I think you just press the reset in instead of twisting. I remember it happened to me before.

How do I push it, I received a message that I have to change pads and car mileage in miles. I do not want to change to kilometers.

You may have to cancel the brake message (replace pads or fool sensor) before it will let you change the distant unit.

It is possible that I can not change for miles because of the brake pads that I have installed. Brake pads without the sensor with cable, I see that the cable is attached to the plastic quick release and is not connected anywhere. That's probably the cable from the blocks just no place to plug it. The pads have a metal badge, which squeals like a little block.

Thanks for you help. :)

Just run a small piece of wire from one side of the harness connector to the other to short it out. I did that on my 94 and it shut the message off.

You could accurately describe it?
