Dyno sheets or it didn't happen

You should know that nismo isn't known for its performance.

I believe Borla's is an axle back.

I hounded Borla to come out with one but Stillen came out with their's first so I went with Stillen. I had Borla on my Eagle Talon and loved it. I'm still happy with the Stillen though. I like the sound with the resonator.

You can easily convert it into a cat.

Honestly, what could possibly be the difference between HP gains in the 4 different ones? You are probably talking 5, maybe 8 HP difference between the best and the worst. Regardless, a new exhaust isn't going to give you a significant powerband change, so if I was in the market for a new exhaust it would be for the one that I think sounds and looks the best, not the one that gives me a few more HP over another. Besides, claimed HP gains from anything are so wishy washy, only the dyno knows the truth lol.

I am trying to say the difference is probably very marginal that you wouldnt notice a significant difference in performance between the one that has the largest "claimed" hp gain over the one that has the worst.

OP- don't post that certain brands are better than any other without some evidence. If you want to simply state which you like better, go right ahead. But for the love of keeping folks from getting confused, don't comment without stating you are purely speculating.

uumm so this was an opinion post?

someone had mentioned that the borla axle back could be easily converted to a cat-back, would anyone be able to elaborate on this?

Where would you be able to get pipes for the axle to the cat?

Would they need to be custom made?

Would the cost be worth the difference from just getting the axle back without replacing the stock axle->cat pipes?
