Change cooling system hoses on 1991 Q45

I am trying to change cooling system hoses that are "T shaped under intake.

I dont understand how to change them i trying to pull they dont come i tried to cut one of them and it does not cut really its like metal inside do pipe have little gap under that hose?

Car is Q45 1991. Engine:4.5 L VH45DE V8, 280 PS (206 kW; 276 hp)

Pipes looks like this under the hood, and red are the hoses i need to change.

You have to cut the hoses and pull the whole thing out, and then put the whole thing back in.. You can't pull the hoses off without removing those parts.
