Hey I have a question for you, maybe you can help me, After i got my tensioners on, i was fighting to get my lower chain cover back on i noticed that the spacer for my oil pump wasnt lining up with the flat surfaces on my oil pump, long story short, i turned my crank shaft a tad and my chains got somewhat loose, they didnt skip a tooth but im not sure if after i start the car the tensioner will transfer the slack back to the tensioner side or not? I know that they operate on oil pressure, im just hoping that the tensioners will tension the chain back tight like it was?
